How you finish is how you start. As one of my mentors Eric Peoples says, “break the tape”. The saddest thing you could do in transition is to start to slow down. Listen, if you think the grass will be greener on the other side of your transition, please know that it will only be as green as you water it today! Your current season always bleeds into your next. Don’t simply LEAVE your organization, LAUNCH out into the next season God has for you.
